If you do not give us your personal information, we may not be able to provide products and services to you.

Personal information is information that can identify you.
We must obtain personal information about you so we can provide products and services to you, provide information and marketing material to you and satisfy certain legislative and regulatory requirements.
The main ways we may collect personal information about you are:

2. If you register with our registration service
3. If you give information or other material to any member of FX Master Alliance
4. If the information is provided to us by a third party
If you wish to unsubscribe from our information or registration service, contact us in writing requesting to be removed from our database. We do not collect sensitive information.
USING AND DISCLOSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will only use or disclose personal information we collect as permitted by the National Privacy Legislation.
Your personal information may be transferred to our authorised representatives or other businesses within the FX Master Alliance Group of Companies to ensure that you receive personal and tailored service. We may also disclose your personal information to external contractors for the purpose of providing FX Master Alliance information to you.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. However, none of FX Master Alliance members including its directors, officers, employees or agents guarantees the security of your personal information.
ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may request access to your personal information. Access to your personal information is not the same as access to a file that we maintain as part of our business processes, nor does it necessarily include all information that we may have collated in relation to you.
We will grant you access to your personal information within 14-28 days of receiving your written request subject to us receiving written evidence of your identity and the exceptions provided for in the National Privacy Legislation.
If we deny you access to your personal information, we will give you the reason for the denial.
We may charge you a reasonable fee for providing access to, or copies of, your personal information.

None of FX Master Alliance members including its directors, officers, employees or agents are responsible for any privacy policies or practices of any of those external websites.
We intend to respond to complaints within 7 business days of receiving your written complaint, although it could take longer for us to respond in complex matters. We will use our best endeavours to resolve any complaint to your satisfaction. However, if you are unhappy with our response, you can contact the Privacy Commissioner.
